Jacinta S. Rhoda is the Founder and Director of the Sangida Foundation, an organization which she founded in honour of Sangida, her autistic son. The foundation supports children with disabilities and Indigenous women who care for disabled children. Born and raised in Laikipia North, she is a professional Nurse and Health Management Officer with over 15 years of experience in managing healthcare facilities, from rural clinics to complex health centers. She is currently the Manager of the Aga Khan University Hospital’s Nanyuki branch.
