Vivian Silole has a professional background in Environmental Conservation, Natural Resources Management, and Range Ecology, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Conservation Leadership. She is deeply committed to advancing community-led approaches that promote social justice, equity, and sustainable development among Indigenous Peoples, guided by a strong belief in fairness, dignity, and equal access to opportunities. 

Currently, she leads in scaling our work by building and strengthening relationships and partnerships at all levels. She also leads resource mobilization, donor relations, and strategic partnerships to strengthen organizational approaches; as well as the positioning for sustainability, influence, and long-term impact.

She also offers managerial support to the Inclusive Conservation Initiative (ICI) team, advancing people-centred, culture-rooted, and Indigenous knowledge-driven conservation in the landscape.
