Peter was attracted to the community work done by IMPACT especially on defending land rights for many years.

He joined IMPACT in April, 2023 as a Community Resource Person based in Laisamis,Marsabit County to be able to take part in this noble course.

As an elder he advocates for peaceful coexistence among his community members and their neighbouring communities.He is passionate about Indigenous peoples rights and therefore helps his community members to know their rights.
