Dr. Alfred Saigero Moisiany was born and raised up in Laikipia North. He graduated from the University of Nairobi School of Medicine with a Bachelors of Medicine Degree. Dr. Alfred has over 10 years of working experience as a medical superintendent with the Ministry of Health. He was also among the 48 Kenyan doctors who attended a state-sponsored medical training in Cuba.

Dr. Alfred is passionate about helping pastoral communities where he has been advocating for campaigns against harmful and retrogressive cultural practices such as early marriages & female genital mutilation. In addition, he runs free medical clinics in Samburu, Laikipia and Kajiado. He was the medical superintendent at the Kimanjo Sub-district Hospital, a facility which has experienced tremendous positive changes due to his exemplary leadership skills before joining the Nanyuki district hospital.
