Project Officer

Cynthia Seriani is a Pastoralist and Healthy Rangelands Project Officer at IMPACT Kenya, with three years of professional experience. She began her journey as a Community Resource Person and has steadily advanced into her current role, where she focuses on promoting sustainable rangeland management and improving the livelihoods of pastoralist communities. 

She holds a Diploma in Community Development and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management. Cynthia is deeply passionate about empowering women from Indigenous communities in Northern Kenya by supporting their growth, resilience, and sustainable development. 

Known for her calm and humble nature, Cynthia embodies resilience, integrity, and transparency. She values peaceful coexistence and strives to foster harmony through inclusive, community-centered approaches. Having grown up in a pastoralist environment, she maintains a strong connection to nature and enjoys outdoor adventures. She also takes pride in her cooking skills when she’s off the laptop
