Joseph Larpei

Larpei Joseph is an experienced statistician and a proud son of the pastoralist community, with a good record in data analysis, research, and project development since 2019. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, pursuing a Master of Science in Statistics from Kenyatta University, and has thus gathered considerable expertise in statistical analyses and data management.

He has contributed to various leading organizations that include World Relief International and IMPACT Kenya through projects touching on health, economic data, and resilience of the community. Larpei is good at using advanced-level statistical tools such as SPSS, R, SAS, STATA, among other data platforms including ONA, Power BI, and KOBO for informed decision-making and sustainable outcomes.

Passionate about the contribution to a better world for pastoral communities, Joseph is committed to constructive contributions to project teams in pursuit of such a goal. He brings into IMPACT team a skill set that includes monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and the effective communication of complex data at the heart of impactful solution design and implementation.
