Hailing from Oldonyiro, Lalaikipiani joined IMPACT on the 1st of July 2023 as a Community Resource Person .He was drawn to the community work done by IMPACT on drought management and community land protection.

Lalaikipiani is passionate about indigenous peoples rights, and as an elder He has been advocating for a peaceful coexistence among his community and neighbouring communities.
