Twenty beehives and financial literacy training from IMPACT enabled six women’s groups to manage honey products effectively. Their newfound skills in sustainable beekeeping generated eco-friendly incomes while raising environmental awareness.
The Twala Women Group’s achievement is a model for community-driven initiatives that uplift lives and protect nature.
“IMPACT advised us to rear poultry and donated chickens and trained us in market strategies. Poultry appealed to us more than dairy cows, especially considering the drought.”
