Community Resource Staff

Community Resource Staff support the Program Managers in the execution of the program work at the community level. They work across the different IMPACT projects, strategically using their experience and knowledge of the geographical area to plan and advise on the implementation of the work. They are from our four target counties of northern Kenya (Marsabit, Isiolo, Laikipia and Samburu).

The CRPs share IMPACT’s vision of supporting local development actors and community members to lead change. They have the knowledge and experience in community engagement and government and nonstate actors engagement.
